He is not just a historical figure or a distant God, but a living and present savior who desires to be intimately involved in our lives.

St. Paul goes on to proclaim that Jesus was raised from the dead, and through him, forgiveness of sins is offered to all who believe.

True service and ministry are not about personal status or prestige, but about putting God's will above our own desires.
